Connectivity — common questions
How do you decide between outdoor 5G, mesh Wi-Fi or a merged system?
It comes down to the site survey. If there is no practical fiber access and you need a single reliable link, outdoor 5G is usually right. If the issue is coverage across a large or multi-floor space, mesh Wi-Fi solves it. If uptime or bandwidth is the priority, a merged multi-router setup gives failover and load balancing across two or more links — we recommend the option (or combination) that matches what the survey actually finds, not a default package.
What does "precision antenna alignment" actually mean?
We align the outdoor antenna while reading live signal-quality metrics — RSRP, RSRQ and SINR — from the CPE itself, adjusting position and angle until those readings peak. This is measured, not estimated by pointing toward a tower, and the final readings are recorded in the handover documentation.
Can an existing single-router setup be upgraded to a merged or mesh system later?
Yes. Indoor and single-link installations are a reasonable starting point and can be extended — adding mesh nodes for coverage or a second link for failover — without discarding the original equipment, provided it supports the upgrade path.
